Terms of sign up:
- Initial Set Up: This is at no extra cost to the customer but needs to be done prior to packages begin. Initial set up details will be sent once customer signs up for a package.
- Content: Customer will need to provide Ribbons Media with an appropriate amount of content / topics, including news and offers.
- Marketing Software: The customer has full access to the marketing software should they want to do any additional marketing. The customer agrees not to tamper with any scheduling done by Ribbons Media.
- New Contacts: Customers must email new and existing email contacts to Ribbons Media, in spreadsheet form, each month, to allow Ribbons Media to optimise the monthly Email Marketing Campaigns.
- Social Accounts: All Bronze, Silver and Gold customers must have a website and Business Facebook and Twitter accounts to optimise the use of the Marketing Services.
- Package Duration: Services are provided for a minimum of three months to allow sufficient time for results to be generated and measured. Services can then be cancelled, downgraded or upgraded at anytime with one months notice in writing.
- Payment: A direct debit will be set up from the customer to Ribbons Media on an agreed date each month. If the direct debit is cancelled, services and marketing software will be stopped.
